To all our wonderful dancers & parents

A message of encouragement to you all in these trying times.

Now is the time to practice creativity, we need to come up with new and unique ways to do the things we love. Our definition of normal is changing, and we need to change with it.

Thinking outside the box has become very real to all of us, and it is important to come up
with different ideas for everything we do. Try a new recipe, learn something new, do something that makes you confused or uncomfortable. BE CREATIVE!

Find new ways to keep moving.
It will look different for everyone – forcing your siblings or parents to dance with you, dancing with your friends over our live BAND GROUPS, dancing with yourself in the mirror – don’t stop dancing!

Besides the health benefits of keeping fit and making your blood flow, it gives you something to do and makes sure you aren’t too rusty when we finally get to be together again!

Courage doesn’t always roar. Sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying ‘I will try again tomorrow.’ – M.A. Radmacher

We are in desperate need for positivity. In a world where everyone is stuck, we need to keep smiling and sharing joy with each other.

Keep sending out encouragement and support to everyone you know & check in with those you miss.

Be kind to yourself and set small goals. Don’t be hard on yourself for working too hard, or not working hard enough. It is important to remember that now, everything is a victory. So, keep smiling and remember that you are doing what you can, and that is incredible.

Keep getting up in the morning, and set yourself daily tasks. If you are working, studying or taking a forced vacation – make sure you set yourself at least ONE goal per day. Keep connecting with those you love, there are so many ways to do it.

Although you might not be able to dance together, keep the DanceWeb Family spirit alive! We are a family, so connect with and encourage each other!
